​Are you an experienced administrator or secretary with a background in property? Looking for a professional, supportive environment where your expertise will be truly valued?

ReQuire are looking for a confident, capable individual to join a thriving Residential Property team within Salisbury. Please note - This isn’t your typical admin role it’s a chance to embed yourself into a busy, friendly, and highly respected office that makes a real impact in the local community.

What you’ll be doing:
You'll work closely with one of the Senior members of the Team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day transactions, think contract preparation, diary management, client communications, and keeping everything running on time. It’s a hands-on, people-focused role that calls for excellent attention to detail and a calm, organised approach.

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience in property, this could be in estate agency, conveyancing, residential surveying, or similar

  • Strong secretarial or admin skills, especially in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Excellent communication skills, you'll be liaising with clients, agents, and colleagues regularly

  • Someone polished, professional and proactive, the team is busy and needs someone who can hit the ground running

  • No specific training needed, just great experience and a real team mindset
