We have an opportunity to welcome a highly customer service focused Sales Administrator into our team here at ReQuire Consultancy. Based in beautiful rural location just outside of Wilton, our office is the perfect setting to be part of a fast paced dedicated team that look after the recruitment needs of many local companies as well as supporting the local community of job seekers in their quest for that next new career opportunity.
About the role:
You will play a supporting role to a team of lead consultants who have a constant flow of recruitment that they are responsible for completing. You will need to demonstrate an adaptable and flexible approach to recruitment life as you could support across many differing sectors and industries which will only go to expand your knowledge base of business as well as the local job market. An vibrant, friendly, fun personality is needed in such a personable environment, often the best part of the role is talking to people and learning new things.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting with research activities for new vacancies
Communication - Interacting regularly with your team and speaking to job seekers, understanding their requirements moving forward
Database activity - Updating and addressing key details, uploading key information where required
Administration - Researching job vacancies, drafting job adverts, updating and producing reports
Creativity - We love people who have ideas and like to get involved.
Digital Presence - Social media activity, website updates and blog researching and writing
All rounder - Someone who doesn't mind expecting the unexpected and is happy to be part of an evolving business
Key skills and requirements we are looking for:
Excellent communications skills, are you the kind of person who likes to talk to anyone? That's what we want
An open mind - Some roles may seem exciting, others not so, but the same approach must be taken at all times to deliver
An organised multi tasker - You need to be someone who can juggle tasks and not feel overwhelmed.
A planner - A 'to do list' is vital, know where you are and keep ticking things off as you go
A positive outlook - A friendly, personable nature is key. We're a small team, we want to find the next star within the industry and we are more than happy to train you up from the bottom to the top.
A good grasp of the English language. The role is all about communication.
The role is permanent, we can even offer flexibility on hours so are open minded for the right person. We are office based, we all feel inspired when we are together so the same will go for our next person. Once training is complete we will offer 1-2 days WFH per week.
