​We are looking for a good ol' fashioned, 'Rock Star Sales Executive' who has a proven track record of succeeding in a corporate B2C sales environment. Some industries that have proved successful in making the transition are; Insurance, Telecoms, Recruitment, Financial Services or general B2C Sales environment would be good.

The main purpose of the role would be toreturn calls to customers who have recently enquired through various marketing channels. Which will in turn achieve department conversion targets and this is all done whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Another important priority task of the role is to act as a Brand Ambassador for the Company, ensuring that all activity undertaken reflects the company in a positive way.

Key skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Communication – Possess a professional telephone manner with proven experience.

  • Be a very good listener and understand their requirement in full detail

  • Be results driven with ability to achieve work towards KPI’s set on production, quality and customer service skills

  • Strong telephone call handling experience (preferred minimum of 1 year)

  • Act in a manner that ensures the Customer receives a positive experience

  • Showcasing the ability to handle a variety of calls professionally and accurately

  • Delivering excellent Customer Service

  • Working in accordance with detailed procedures

  • Able to solve problems and identify process improvement

  • Work with flexibility as part of a team.

  • Confidently overcome the callers objectives

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills at all levels

  • Resilient with a real desire for success and helping others

  • Can-do attitude, self-motivated

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
