A superb opportunity has become available to join a local independent business who have been working for many years with construction professionals comprising of interior designers, surveyors, architects. Their affable expert staff use their expertise to tailor effective resolutions for each project they manage. First and foremost we are looking for someone with a proven track record of researching a target audience, negotiating and who carries with them a drive and determination to succeed at all they do.

The focus for our client is to find someone who really cares about all aspects of the sale, which ultimately leads to customers enjoying the delivery of service and overall experience.

You will need to be extremely confident in your sales ability, be self motivated and eager to develop opportunities. The role is phone based and you will be supported with the best leads and points of contacts but would also require a good level of initiative to generate your own leads to follow up.

Key duties within the role will include:

  • Researching & initiating conversations to develop relations

  • Contacting existing customers and look for opportunities to up-sell

  • Nurture all relationships currently in existence

  • Sending out necessary correspondence to potential customers and following the process through to completion
