We have an excellent new opportunity for an energetic, competent administrator to join a busy team of a reputable firm, located in the heart of Salisbury.
Your main function will be to: provide key administrative support to the rest of the team, you will play a lead role in the day to day office administration, coordinating the teams movements by booking appointments, arranging social media activity and being the first point of contact for any customers making contact. Your position will be integral to the continued growth of the business.
The team are experienced and superb at handling all sales they encounter, however this role is designed to positively impact the operational side of the business. The ideal candidate is someone who can multi task, remain organised when having to react to customer needs as well as providing reliable professional support to the sales team.
You will be joining a team who are firmly focused on results so a positive energy is essential to the team dynamic.
Produce accurate correspondence
Handle all communications with customers
Ensure all social media platforms are utilised and managed effectively
Produce reports where required
Manage the office administration including all stationary supplies
Ensure marketing material is updated and sent to customers
Observe all IT procedures
Manage diaries and book appointments for colleagues when required
The ideal candidate will need to be:
An excellent communicator with a positive attitude and a great telephone manner
Highly organised, demonstrating good time management skills
Able to work unsupervised
Computer literate, competent with MS Office
Aware of Social Media and how to use it to maximise opportunity
Have an eye for detail
The role is full time, based in Salisbury. We would welcome applications from candidates who have at least 2-3 years of commercial experience working in a varied office environment.
