Working for a highly regarded distributor of construction materials, our client who are based in Salisbury have seen such fantastic growth over the past 12 months, their Sales force now need a reliable, service focused support person to assist with the administration of all of their sales.
You will be responsible for all aspects of customer service and support of sales personnel, this would include, speaking with customers, helping with product enquiries, quoting, sending samples out and taking customer orders.
Key responsibilities will include:
Inputting key details onto a CRM system
Investigating and researching all customer enquiries and following up with customers ensuring SLAs are met
Help the customers with design ideas, questions they may have about their order
Feedback to management and look to ensure the lines of communications with all parties are kept open
Follow all safety regulations
Other general administrative tasks

Skills and experiences required:
Some form of sales admin/support experience
Confident using MS Office suite
Used to a team environment, understanding the benefits of working together
Excellent attention to detail
A multitasker
Self motivated with a positive outlook
