We have a new role now available for an organised, confident sales support coordinator to work closely with a Sales team by assisting with all aspects of account management and administration ​​related to sales generated and planned. The role is diverse, often fast paced and requires someone with excellent attention to detail who is a multi tasker and highly organised.

Our client, is steeped in history, notorious for their customer care and excellent attention to each defining sale. The sales process is varied, some sales are immediate, others can by quite lengthy, so in order for the Sales division to exceed expectations, they need a good support network around them, that is where you come in.

We are looking for someone who can take on the following key duties:

  • Liaise with customers in regards to quotes, questions relating to their account

  • Taking orders, updating customers with the latest product range

  • Liaise with customers keeping them up to date with news of their orders

  • Handle incoming enquiries

  • Inputting data into a shared database

  • Sending out correspondence and brochures upon request

  • Liaise with colleagues across the business to understand lead times and ensuring invoices are sent out correctly

The ideal candidate would be, engaging with a positive personality who enjoys communicating as part of their day to day role. It is essential that you have some account management/coordination experience behind you but equally, if you are just an excellent communicator with some administrative experience under your belt then of course we would be open to speaking with you.
