​We are recruiting for a Scheduler who will be responsible for all activities relating to Engineers working on customer's sites.

In the role of Scheduler, you will provide seamless customer service, ensure all enquiries are handled in a timely manner, work with the technical support advisors and engineers to ensure that service levels are met and be the point of contact in the office for the Field Engineering Team.

The key duties of the Scheduler are:

  • Ensure that all bookings are processed accurately and in a timely manner such that spares, tools and engineers are on site within the service levels and in line with customer expectations

  • Escalate repeated sit visits to Technical Management for review

  • Certify customers and engineers are kept up to date with delays to parts or any changes to the times and dates to the schedule

  • Work with the service team to ensure that all engineers have full tool sets in calibration at all times

  • Ensure all relevant invoicing for work is processed timely

  • Provide feedback on processes to drive continuous improvements

  • Support the Customer Service team as required

  • Work with the Production team to ensure parts are correctly dispatched/returned

  • Previously Scheduling experience or previous experience in managing the movements of Engineers/Technicians who are on the road.
