We have a new opening now available for a talented Secretary who join a locally based firm in a key role supporting a senior member of the business.
With a background working in the Legal sector proving to be an advantage BUT NOT ESSENTIAL , our client are looking for someone who can cater for a wide array of secretarial duties whilst maintaining a high standard of accuracy throughout.
The primary responsibilities of the role include:
Fast and accurate copy and audio typing
Drafting basic correspondence
Diary management, including travel arrangement where necessary
Ensuring the department lead complies with best practice, risk and compliance and money laundering requirements
Dealing with expense claims
General office duties
Attention to detail
Excellent IT skills
Whilst legal secretarial experience is an advantage, the most vital skill is having excellent IT skills and a knowledge of digital dictation. Familiarity of document and case management systems would be an advantage. We are looking for a typing speed of 65wpm with at least 90% accuracy to be considered for this post.
Hours are 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri. 33 days holiday as well as private medical insurance, life assurance and pension included.
