We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Team Leader to join a leading Corporate company based in Salisbury. This is a new role due to growth within the company which will be based in an office environment in Salisbury, helping set up a brand new Contact Centre across their network of offices.
Our client currently has over ten offices based across the South, but due to growth they are looking to create this new Team to deal with all customer's initial enquiries and to deliver exemplary customer care. This role will be based in Salisbury, but you will be managing a team remotely, of around seven employees who are based across these Southern offices.
Duties will include:
Setting up new procedures and processes for the team
Writing up training manuals, and then presenting and supplying this training to staff
Setting up "livechat" on their website so that customers can use this function as well calls and emails
Introducing SLA’s for the contact centre
Managing a team remotely based in different offices
To be successful in this role, you must have experience of driving and managing a new contact centre, or call centre. You will have experience of managing a team, and experience of training and progressing staff, as well as motivating them to deliver exceptional levels of service. This is a challenging yet very rewarding role, and we are looking for candidates who are energetic, driven and looking for an exciting new challenge.
You will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This role is fast paced so the ability to think on your feet and problem solve are an absolute must!
37.5 hours a week and the option to work from home four days a week.
