Our client is looking to expand their Technical team by recruiting an experienced Telecoms Engineer to an already award winning team. The Technical Support crew are some of the best in the industry and are known for their reliable and efficient solutions intertwined with first class service.
Some of the key duties in this role include:
Provide remote Technical Support on all products installed in the field
Update support tickets and customer information on an in-house CRM system
Log customer queries and faults with 3rd party support
Identify any potential issues that could escalate and liaise with the relevant parties
configure broadband routers to ensure a seamless migration
Adhere to the support SLA's and response times in place
Support team mates remotely and on site
We are looking for experience of at least two years in a similar role, be reliable, perform well under pressure, be quick to learn, professional and have an aptitude for technology. Training on our client's range of products will be delivered so to set you up to succeed.
