​This is a fantastic opportunity to join the finance team within an award-winning, growing healthcare communications agency and work with a team of experienced, talented, like-minded professionals. Working closely with the Finance Director to ensure the department offer an efficient and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with our finance team to ensure all data held in our project management software (CMAP) is kept up to date and accurate

Archiving and filing of confidential finance documents

Creating invoices and sending to clients

Supporting the FD with any finance administration tasks

Skills and experience:

Focus on accuracy and attention to detail

Strong experience with general MS Office package with advanced knowledge of Excel

A self-starter who can proactively identify new opportunities and work with the business to make them happen

Experience working independently and as part of a team, and motivation to work remotely at times

Project management skills (desirable but not essential)

AAT qualification (desirable but not essential)

Package:

  • £20k – £25k salary

  • 25 days holiday plus BH
