We are currently looking for an experienced Admin Team Leader to join a leading organisation based at Porton Down Science Park.
This role sits within the Quality Assurance department, which is responsible for the provision of documents to record activities undertaken and lasting evidence of compliant manufacture of products.
Main responsibilities include:
Act as Team Leader for the Document Control function
Manage and develop appropriate systems to provide a compliant service for Documentation
Identify and implement improvements in Document Control processes
Undertake work in accordance with Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Work within the bounds of applicable Quality Systems
Provide training in the Documentation processes to team members
Interpretation and implementation of regulations applicable to Documentation
Responsible for the security of controlled documentation
Person Specification
Sound experience of using Microsoft Office and Windows based databases and Spreadsheets
Previous working experience within a Pharmaceutical or similar regulated environment
Previous line management or supervisory experience
Have current right to work in the UK
