We have a requirement for a capable Administrator to join our client's Best Practice Team and play a part in being responsible for all due diligence and regulatory checks that need to be carried out to support all client enquiries.
Key responsibilities will include:
Inputting and checking details of new clients onto the company system and providing key information to departments within the business
Amending client and contacts data and ensuring the information is kept up to date
Inputting money laundering verification details into the relevant database
Providing the Team Manager with all administrative support
We are looking for someone who has 12 months administrative experience before, working in a commercial environment. A competent grasp of written and spoken English language is key as you will be communicating with external clients on occasion.
Whilst this is a 6 month FTC, this is an excellent opportunity to gain some valuable experience whilst showcasing your qualities to other key areas of the business or in the instance this role does in fact lead into a permanent move.
