We’re recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a leading Corporate team, with a particular focus on Banking and Finance. The Role
As a Legal Secretary within the Banking and Finance team, you’ll provide essential support to fee earners, ensuring a seamless service is delivered to both colleagues and clients. From managing complex files to producing high-quality legal documents, your organisational skills and proactive approach will be vital.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and amending a range of legal documents with accuracy and efficiency
Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and coordinating schedules
Handling client correspondence and providing excellent client care
Assisting with file management, including digital and paper-based systems
Ensuring deadlines are met and work is prioritised effectively
Supporting the wider Corporate team with general administrative duties
About You
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within Banking, Finance, or Corporate law (essential)
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, professional, and adaptable approach
High level of IT proficiency, including case management systems and Microsoft Office
