We’re working with a growing financial services organisation based in the heart of Salisbury, looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Executives to join their thriving Service Centre.
This is an exciting time to join the team is expanding thanks to internal promotions, and you’ll be part of a collaborative, customer-focused department that plays a key role in the business’s success.
What you’ll be doing
As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll be part of the front-line team helping customers with their product and investment queries over the phone and by email ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
Handle incoming calls and emails, providing clear, friendly, and accurate information
Build rapport and lasting relationships with customers, advisers, and internal teams
Go the extra mile to deliver a positive customer experience every time
Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve processes and service quality
Receive full training (a fantastic 6-week programme) to set you up for success and long-term growth
About you
You don’t need years of financial experience just the right attitude, communication skills, and a desire to learn.
You’ll be someone who:
Loves helping people and solving problems
Communicates clearly and confidently (written and spoken)
Works well in a team and contributes to a positive atmosphere
Can stay organised and calm in a busy environment
Enjoys learning and embraces change
Experience in customer service, administration, or financial services would be an advantage, but full training is provided.
