We have an exciting new Brand Marketing Managerial vacancy for an omni-channel retailer who markets themselves across various platforms. As part of their growth strategy, we have been tasked to identify stand out candidates with the necessary retail skills to work with a Head of Marketing and eCommerce to improve B2B & B2C offerings which will in turn maximise the growth of their online presence.
The key purpose of the role is to: Develop effective strategies to enhance the brand awareness in an external and also internal perspective. The role is key to the successful delivery of content in multiple online and offline touchpoints. You will lead a small team of coordinators who will be on hand to support in key areas, whilst you will directly report and work closely with a Head of Marketing.
Some of the primary responsibilities will include:
Managing a team of Marketing Coordinators
Facilitate opportunities to maximise funding investment
Periodically review, refresh content and develop strategies
Assist with campaign creation
Drive customer feedback through surveys and similar initiatives
Attend Marketing and purchasing meetings
Essential experience we are looking for to separate you from the competition:
Experience of working in a Brand growth communications role
Have a proven track record of branded B2B and B2C marketing preferably consumer markets, either agency or client side.
Knowledge of emerging digital tools and platforms
Marketing and sales techniques
Campaign delivery including PR, digital marketing direct marketing and stakeholder relations
A proven in-depth knowledge of traditional and digital on and off line media
The position is full time, based in Andover, Hampshire.
