ReQuire are recruiting confidentially for an established professional organisation planning ahead for a future leadership transition.
The person hired into this role will join the team now, learn the entire operation from the ground up, and progress into Department Head within the next two years as part of a planned succession.
For the first six months you’ll work alongside the team, understanding every part of the operation. From there you’ll move into leadership development, professional training and accreditations, preparing you to take on the department yourself.

The Role
You’ll join a collaborative team managing a large portfolio of live cases across the UK.
It’s a fast-moving, reactive environment where judgement, organisation and communication matter.
Typical responsibilities include:
Managing a busy caseload of active matters
Speaking daily with clients, legal professionals, contractors and stakeholders
Handling challenging conversations professionally and calmly
Coordinating activity and ensuring cases progress efficiently
Making judgement calls where situations don’t follow a standard process
No two days are the same. It suits someone who enjoys responsibility and thrives in a busy environment.
Who This Could Suit
You don’t need sector experience | Strong candidates often come from roles such as:
Operations Manager
Call Centre Manager
Complaints or Escalations Manager
Housing or regulated environments
Insurance or financial services management, leadership roles
Legal or compliance roles

£45,000(c) starting salary
