We are delighted to be exclusively recruiting on behalf of such an esteemed organisation based in the heart of Salisbury, who are looking to hire a Business Success Manager to their Client Services team. The business would love to appoint a captivating engaging candidate to help with the evolution of a Property department and to further mature customer engagement whilst being the primary point of contact.
In the role of Business Account Manager some of the primary responsibilities will include:
Reacting to all inbound client queries and ensuring they are progressed accordingly.
Once you have engaged with each client and ensured they have completed all necessary paperwork - pass them along to a Senior member of the team to take over the requirement.
Work as part of an effective process chain
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills
Be highly organised and incredibly reactive to each customer enquiry
We want to find someone who is passionate about the delivery of high quality service and is driven to ensure each potential customer has a positive experience. You will also need to be confident and forthcoming, able to network with local estate agents and colleagues.
If you are passionate about delivery and are someone who cares for their customers whilst being able to maintain good relationships throughout a process then this could be the role for you.
A key in this role is a knowledge of the Property market so if you have worked within an Estate Agency and are familiar with the completion process, OR have worked within a Conveyancing division within a Legal operation then you would certainly hold an advantage when applying for this position.
