This is a rare opportunity to work within a boutique property company where flexibility, creativity, and culture are everything!

You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting one of the firm's top-performers with all of their administration, managing everything from property marketing and client liaison to admin and creative tasks. No two days look the same, and that’s exactly how our client like it.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on, people-focused role where your multitasking skills and love for detail will shine. Duties include:

  • Writing professional letters and correspondence

  • Updating the CRM system and managing mailing lists

  • Downloading Land Registry files and handling compliance

  • Booking photographers and drone videographers, and managing media days

  • Creating window cards, brochures, and other property marketing materials

  • Preparing keys and property packs for viewings and inspections

  • Greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and being a warm, professional face of the business

  • Calling estate agents for chain details and progressing sales where needed

  • Keeping the office welcoming and fresh you’ll take pride in your workspace

  • Supporting with social media and marketing content

  • Compiling weekly marketing reports for clients

  • Supporting one of the Senior team with PA duties

What We’re Looking For

  • A passion for providing first-class client service

  • A confident communicator with a calm, personable nature

  • A natural organiser who thrives on juggling a variety of tasks

  • Someone who brings initiative and creative ideas to the table

  • Great attention to detail and pride in presentation

  • A collaborative team player who enjoys problem-solving

  • Previous property or lettings experience is useful but the key for our client is someone who fits the team with a great level of admin and service quality.

What You’ll Get

  • A full-time opportunity within a stunning and welcoming office environment

  • A genuinely flexible and supportive culture where your input matters

  • A really attractive salary and benefits

  • The opportunity to work closely with leadership and help shape how things are done

  • A role where creativity, autonomy, and ideas are encouraged and embraced

  • The satisfaction of being part of a small, passionate team doing great work, differently

This is the perfect role for someone who loves variety, thrives in a small but mighty team, and wants to be part of something meaningful. Whether it’s organising photography or greeting clients with a smile, you’ll play a key role in creating property journeys people genuinely enjoy.
