We are exclusively recruiting for a Compliance Analyst on behalf of a successful, FCA-regulated wealth management firm as part of a planned growth and succession strategy.
This is a great opportunity to step into a well-established compliance function, replacing an existing team member who is progressing into Senior Management role. You’ll receive hands-on mentoring, strong support, and clear career progression within the Compliance division.
The Role
You’ll provide second-line compliance and risk support, helping ensure the business operates in line with FCA regulations while working closely with teams across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Compliance Officer with day-to-day compliance oversight
Assisting with compliance monitoring and risk frameworks
Helping maintain policies, procedures, and internal controls
Monitoring regulatory developments and supporting implementation
Producing management information and assisting with FCA reporting
Promoting a strong compliance culture across the business
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an FCA-regulated environment
Background in Compliance, Operations, Risk, or Business Assurance
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Confident communicator with a proactive approach

Further details about the role:
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000pa
