We have a Customer Service vacancy available to work for a leading distribution company based in their purpose built site in Hindon.
The primary responsibility of the role will be to handle all customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner which includes processing orders, delivering excellent service to all internal and external customers.
The customer service executive is responsible for the following key outputs and accountabilities
Orders are completed to schedule and all orders gathered accurately
Take ownership of enquiries and effectively handle any customer issues
Process inbound, e-mail, web and staff orders in line with procedures, raising any opportunities for online ordering
Process daily stock shortages, deallocating them on orders and ensuring customers are notified prior to expected delivery day
Effectively set and handle call logs to ensure customers are prompted for processing orders if not already received.
Be a key member of the go-to team for BDM support offering diverse skills to help in situations outside of the normal order taking
Offer alternative items where we cannot meet the needs of the customer
Our client are going through some growth due to a phenomenal 2021 so are wanting to welcome anyone who has strong communication skills, experience of working off a database and first rate customer service skills.
It is essential that you consider yourself a team player, have a positive work ethic and also have your own transport due to the remote location of the office site.
The role is Mon-Fri 37.5hrs per week with 25 days holiday as well as multiple benefits as part of the package.
