We have a requirement for a competent administrator who is available for an immediate start to join a local business and help in their busy Operations Department for an initial 3 month period. This is the perfect role for someone who is in-between jobs, or unsure of the next role to take - in fact our client will gladly use the opportunity to understand your skills and suitability to any potential permanent opportunities that develop within the business.
For the Admin role, we are looking for someone who can undertake the following duties:
Keep up to date with inventories
Send specific travel documentation by post
Organise E-Tickets into categories and ensure they are sent on to the relevant parties
Update check lists
Keep an eye on various websites for any changes to events
Various data entry across multiple platforms
Support with any customer enquiries that come through (phone or email)
We are looking for a candidate who is readily available and who has a great level of attention to detail. Some previous admin skills are important as well as being confident using MS Office.
Due to the location of our client's office, you would need to have your own transport.
