What you’ll be doing

As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll be at the heart of the business — helping customers with their product and investment queries over the phone and by email, always delivering service with care and professionalism.

  • Handle calls and emails, providing friendly, accurate information

About you

Of course, some experience of working within Financial Services is a huge advantage, but if not, just a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn.
