​We have a new vacancy available to join a growing team at one of Salisbury's finest commercial organisations. Our client have built up a glowing reputation in their industry and have an impressive portfolio of customers who use their skilled services.

The role is based in the heart of the city at one of the best office spaces we have. Benefits include 32 days annual leave, good pension, career development opportunities, 35hrs per week with no weekends.

The primary purpose of the role is to help retain customers by assisting them with their policy renewals. Much of the role is taking incoming phone calls and servicing the customers to ensure they are completely happy with the service provided.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling calls from existing customers

  • Take a consultative approach and be confident in your approach

  • Responding to and following up enquiries that come in via emails

  • Ensure workloads are completed and delivered by various deadlines

  • Ensure all information is recorded correctly

  • Maintain up to date knowledge of products, processes and industry developments
