We have a new vacancy now available for a Customer Service Rep to join an up an established business based in Salisbury. Due to continued growth over the past couple of years the need has now arisen to add a customer friendly team player to the Service team to deliver the best customer care to all enquiries made. The role is purely customer care with zero sales involved but we are looking for a candidate who has a desire to deliver the best in standards and if they can spot the opportunity to upsell or account manage then that is a big advantage.
You will be part of a small team and it is important that you come from a phone based customer service role previously.
Key responsibilities will include:
Building relationships with customers to establish positive relations
Respond to all enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Assist to ensure targets and performance standards are in line with company standards
Ensure you record all key information correctly
Process orders from customers making enquiries
Some of the key skills and experiences we are looking for include:
Previous telephone based service experience is important
Great attention to detail
A team player attitude
Ability to prioritise workloads
The role is full time, 37.5hrs per week, based in Salisbury.
