​We have a new role now available to join an Operations team within our Salisbury based company as a competent Administrator. The role is full time and split as a hybrid working from home three times a week.

Ideally, we are looking for a meticulous organised candidate to join the team.

Some essential qualities and skills we are looking for include:

  • 1-2 years Administrative experience

  • Methodical and thorough in approach

  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as on your own

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication

  • Be able to work well under pressure

  • Proficient in Microsoft office and able to use excel/databases

  • Ensuring all documentation meets the required standards

  • Following and improving document procedures

  • The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
