We have a new role now available to join an Operations team within our Salisbury based company as a competent Administrator. The role is full time and split as a hybrid working from home three times a week.
Ideally, we are looking for a meticulous organised candidate to join the team.
Some essential qualities and skills we are looking for include:
1-2 years Administrative experience
Methodical and thorough in approach
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as on your own
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Have excellent written and verbal communication
Be able to work well under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft office and able to use excel/databases
Ensuring all documentation meets the required standards
Following and improving document procedures
The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
