We are delighted to be supporting this local company with an important hire of their new Executive Assistant to work closely with the company CEO.
The company offer a hybrid working pattern along with a number of attractive benefits, the primary purpose of the position will be to manage multiple diaries in an effective fashion whilst providing vital support to the rest of the Senior Managers across the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
Plan and organise the commitments of the CEO/Senior leaders, making the best use of resources and opportunities which will include: diary management, travel arrangements
Be the point of contact for the CEO
Provide board support with timely preparation of meeting documentation, accurate minute taking, prompt circulation of actions
Ensure that Board information is accurate and published in a timely manner for each meeting
Maintain corporate governance and online and paper filing systems
Ensure all company insurance policies are good value for money
Ensure the office runs smoothly when on site and collaborating with the Building Manager for any maintenance issues that arise
What we are looking for in a candidate:
Excellent time-management skills
Knowledge of MS Office Suite
Strong IT and typing skills, minute taking skills
Quick thinking to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Ability to effectively and expertly communicate across the organisation
