We have an appealing new vacancy live with our client based in Andover, who are looking for someone who can take on varying degrees of responsibility when it comes to keeping their office space and gardens in their immaculate condition.
As our client's Facilities Coordinator, you will work closely with a HR Manager, to manage all external contractors who come on site, report any major works that are required and most importantly keep the entire site looking in mint condition on a daily basis.
A lovely role, suited for someone who enjoys fixing things, responding to the call of action and a love for the great outdoors.
Key task will include:
Maintenance of outdoor space
Upkeep of office essentials
General repair duties including fixing doors, taps, unblocking of toilets, general DIY skills
Report all actions via an internal computer system (computer literacy is key)
Occasional heavy lifting of goods in
Key skills will also include:
A need to be self-reliant and responsible for managing your own time
An ability to interact with people
Energetic and a flexible attitude
To enjoy giving good service
A dab hand with power tools and garden machinery
