​We have a new vacancy now available to join a centrally located office within their Facilities team where you will be required to support a Facility Manager ensuring the smooth running of the building.

The role is part time. 08:00am - 14:00pm M-F , with a little flexibility needed on occasions.

You will play a key support role and some duties will include:

  • Monitoring the back office work areas to ensure that lighting, toilets, kitchens are maintain to a high standard

  • Oversee the ordering of office supplies and deliveries

  • Oversee the ordering of staff welfare supplies

  • Assisting the facilities manager with the timing of fire drills

  • Car parking arrangements

  • Fuel card admin

  • First level health and safety including regular checks of fire equipment work experience etc.

  • Leavers and joiners checklists

  • Daily management of facilities assistants

It's a lovely role working in a relaxed environment. You will need to be an active person who likes to clock up the steps as opposed to sitting at a desk all day. A good mix of both.
