ReQuire are partnering with a well-established, values-driven organisation based in central Salisbury to appoint an experienced Finance Manager into a key leadership role.
This is an opportunity for a confident, technically strong finance professional who leads by example. You’ll take ownership of the finance function, manage a capable and motivated team, and play an important role in supporting a business that is evolving and investing in its systems and people.
The Role

We want someone to hold responsibility for end-to-end finance operations and the leadership of a structured finance team.
Directly manage four senior team members including: Credit Control Senior, Management Accountant, Fleet Coordinators
Each of these roles oversees their own small teams, meaning your focus will be on leadership, reviews, development and performance, rather than day-to-day task management.
The organisation works with several large, key clients, so confidence, clarity and decisiveness are essential. You’ll be trusted to make sound decisions, maintain strong controls and keep the function running smoothly.
The business will be reviewing various systems and softwares, and so your insight and technical input will be important in shaping improvements and future ways of working.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is happy to crack on with their own workload, while remaining visible, supportive and present for the team. Keeping morale high and leading calmly through change will be central to your success.
