We have a new full time vacancy now available for a competent Administrator who has some previous Financial Services experience, to come and work for an emerging FinTech firm based in the heart of the city.
The role will see you support a portfolio of clients with their requests relating to their products and handling any enquiries they may have, or ensuring the wider team are on hand to support if needs be.
Key responsibilities will include:To be a key contact for your clients in reference to their portfolio
Working closely with your client base - assisting and gaining updates
Support project and IT initiatives promoting automation and efficiency
Work in conjunction with Portfolio Manager to implement cost containment initiatives
Provide support to Team Managers on projects
Comply with documented departmental policies and procedures
Constantly seek ways to streamline and improve processes
Skills and experiences we are looking for from candidates are:
Some previous Financial Services experience (FCA)
Demonstrate strong team working skills.
Be Customer aware
Have good MS Office skills and able to pick up software efficiently
Good verbal, written and numerical skills.
Excellent attention to detail
