A Professional Services firm have a fantastic new opening for a Front of House, Receptionist. As part of their Client Experience, the need for a professional, courteous and effective administrator is required to ensure the busy footfall that reaches their premises, encounter nothing short of an attentive and welcoming experience.
To be considered for this Front of House position, it is essential that you have experience working in a fast paced, busy environment where you have demonstrated qualities that enable you to multi task whilst ensuring a seamless experience of that company. With every Front facing role of an organisation, it often goes unnoticed just how vital the customer experience is on the front desk. Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Meeting and greeting of clients
Co-ordinating requests for meeting rooms
Taking calls, ensuring the right people are connected, messages delivered
Assisting with future hires of the Front of House team
Overseeing the daily activity of the business
Previous reception experience from a fast paced environment is essential for this role due to how busy the office can be. You would need to be well presented, possess excellent communication and keyboard skills and be organised and pro-active in your approach.
