To be considered we are looking for someone who has 2+ years of working in a H&S role previously and preferably within a Manufacturing, Engineering or similar environment. This is the perfect role for someone who is NEBOSH/IOSH qualified OR working towards those accreditations.
As Health and Safety Coordinator, you will work with like minded people and have the perfect chance to develop your career to senior status over time.
Role Overview: Support the Quality & Compliance Systems Manager in implementing and maintaining systems and processes to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Key responsibilities will include:
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
Create and maintain risk assessments and method statements.
Monitor and adapt to changes in regulations to stay compliant.
Coordinate accident reporting and maintain records.
Oversee fire safety measures and documentation.
Assist with quality systems, compliance, and facilities tasks as needed.
Manage the internal e-learning system.
Perform additional duties as assigned by your manager.
