About the Role

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join the team. You’ll be supporting two senior field-based sales managers, taking ownership of sales administration, customer communication, and ensuring projects progress smoothly from enquiry through to production handover.

This role is perfect for someone who:

If you have experience in manufacturing, construction, or luxury home products and enjoy a role that blends account management, coordination, and problem-solving, this could be an excellent fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify and process incoming sales enquiries

  • Prepare estimates and pricing documents for the sales team

  • Respond to client requests for product details and additional information

  • Coordinate diaries and book appointments for field-based Sales Managers

  • Handle inbound calls and manage customer communications

  • Identify new project leads and opportunities

  • Process customer orders and manage handover to production

What You’ll Need

  • Previous experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Administration

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Confident with IT systems (CRM, Excel, quoting tools, etc.)

  • A proactive and collaborative approach

The role is at their luxurious office space based just north of Salisbury, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, free parking is on offer also.
