About the Role
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join the team. You’ll be supporting two senior field-based sales managers, taking ownership of sales administration, customer communication, and ensuring projects progress smoothly from enquiry through to production handover.

Key Responsibilities
Qualify and process incoming sales enquiries
Prepare estimates and pricing documents for the sales team
Respond to client requests for product details and additional information
Coordinate diaries and book appointments for field-based Sales Managers
Handle inbound calls and manage customer communications
Identify new project leads and opportunities
Process customer orders and manage handover to production
What You’ll Need
Previous experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Administration
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Confident with IT systems (CRM, Excel, quoting tools, etc.)
A proactive and collaborative approach
