What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting fee earners with residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
Opening and closing files and maintaining accurate records via case management systems
Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage lenders
Managing post-completion tasks such as SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
Ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to internal processes
About You:
We’re looking for someone with:
A Law degree and a genuine desire to build a career in residential conveyancing
Strong attention to detail and a high standard of written and verbal communication
Solid administrative and organisational skills you’ll be managing multiple priorities
A proactive attitude with the confidence to use your initiative
Familiarity with legal software such as LEAP or Proclaim is a bonus, but not essential
Whether you’ve gained some legal admin experience already, or you’re looking for your first opportunity to apply your legal studies in practice, this firm is keen to support your growth.
