Conveyancing Assistant – Perfect for a Law Graduate | Salisbury | Legal Career Starter

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting fee earners with residential property transactions from instruction through to completion

  • Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence

  • Opening and closing files and maintaining accurate records via case management systems

  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage lenders

  • Managing post-completion tasks such as SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications

  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to internal processes

About You:

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A Law degree and a genuine desire to build a career in residential conveyancing

  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of written and verbal communication

  • Solid administrative and organisational skills you’ll be managing multiple priorities

  • A proactive attitude with the confidence to use your initiative

  • Familiarity with legal software such as LEAP or Proclaim is a bonus, but not essential
