ReQuire Consultancy are partnering with an established South of England law firm who are known for their exceptional service to clients and collaborative culture.
We are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join our client’s Bournemouth office and support the Private Client teams with legal administrative work.
Key responsibilities will include:
Fast and accurate copy typing
Preparing hearing bundles
Diary management
Email management
General office duties
Liaising with clients on behalf of the senior team
continued management of files and filing
Booking appointments, organising diaries and travel arrangements
Experience required: Certainly excellent IT skills with knowledge of digital dictation. A steady typing speed of 60+ wpm with accuracy as close to perfect as possible. A good initiative, strong literacy skills are also key.
This is a full time position working 9am – 5pm (Monday to Friday)
