​ReQuire Consultancy are partnering with an established South of England law firm who are known for their exceptional service to clients and collaborative culture.

We are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join our client’s Bournemouth office and support the Private Client teams with legal administrative work.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Fast and accurate copy typing

  • Preparing hearing bundles

  • Diary management

  • Email management

  • General office duties

  • Liaising with clients on behalf of the senior team

  • continued management of files and filing

  • Booking appointments, organising diaries and travel arrangements

Experience required: Certainly excellent IT skills with knowledge of digital dictation. A steady typing speed of 60+ wpm with accuracy as close to perfect as possible. A good initiative, strong literacy skills are also key.

 This is a full time position working 9am – 5pm (Monday to Friday)
