🧾 What you’ll be doing:
Supporting a senior solicitor with a varied caseload
Audio typing and preparing correspondence and legal documents
Liaising with clients with empathy and professionalism
Diary management, meeting coordination, and file preparation
Helping to manage Conveyancing administration paperwork
Supporting with digital and paper filing, billing, and client record management
✅ We’re looking for someone who:
Has Legal Secretary experience within a Rural Property department
Understands the importance of discretion, accuracy, and client care
Is confident using MS Office and legal case management systems
Communicates clearly and compassionately – both with clients and colleagues
Works well as part of a team and takes real pride in their work
