We are looking to hire a motivated, people-focused Lettings Negotiator & Administrator to manage property lettings and ensure smooth tenancy processes. What You’ll Do:
Lettings Negotiator
Create marketing brochures, write property descriptions, arrange floorplans and photography.
Book and conduct property viewings.
Maintain a database of prospective tenants, handle enquiries, and match them with suitable properties.
Negotiate tenancy terms, process applications, and advise landlords.
Administer tenancy agreements and ensure regulatory compliance.
Administrator
Support with general administration including client, tenant, and supplier communications.
Help manage property listings, social media updates, and press releases.
Assist the team with invoicing, utilities, and tenancy documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent people and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines.
Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willing to learn property management software.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Full driving licence required.
