​Are you a highly organised marketing professional who thrives on bringing campaigns to life and keeping projects moving smoothly? This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Marketing Coordinator to join a fast-paced, collaborative marketing department within an established local business with a UK wide reputation.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating the rollout of marketing campaigns and communications ensuring everything runs to plan, on brand, and on time. Working closely with marketing, digital, and supplier teams, you’ll help deliver engaging content and campaigns that reach customers nationwide.

The Role

As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the central link between different marketing functions and other departments ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy in every campaign and communication. You’ll manage project timelines, approvals, and assets, keeping activity aligned and stakeholders informed.

This is the perfect role for someone who’s meticulous, proactive, and thrives in a busy environment where attention to detail and coordination are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

  • Take ownership of campaign activity from taking briefs and coordinating assets, to managing approvals and ensuring timely rollout.

  • Maintain marketing documentation such as campaign calendars, budget trackers, and project systems

  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing communications, newsletters, and campaign summaries to internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand and business objectives.

  • Collate campaign evidence, track performance, and support reporting on results.

  • Produce meeting notes and updates for key stakeholders when required.

About You

You’ll be a confident multitasker who loves organisation, clear communication, and keeping multiple projects on track. You take pride in the small details that make marketing activity run smoothly and professionally.

You’ll bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing coordination, communications, or campaign support role.

  • Excellent organisation and project management skills comfortable managing several projects and stakeholders at once.

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to build positive relationships across teams and with external partners.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills clear, professional, and detail-focused.

  • Good understanding of marketing processes, campaign delivery, and supplier-funded activity.

  • Confident using tools such as Microsoft Excel, ClickUp / Monday.com / Asana, and email marketing software (e.g. Mailchimp, Publicate).
