We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised individual to join an independent architectural practice that designs and transforms incredible spaces. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in design, property, and interiors, who also thrives in an administrative support role.
Your Role – A Blend of Creativity & Organisation
Be the face of the practice – answering calls, welcoming visitors, and handling office orders.
Assist with client documentation – preparing letters, reports, and supporting planning applications.
Coordinate reports and surveys using InDesign.
Manage and update the website, blog, and social media to showcase inspiring projects.
Keep everything organised – maintaining databases, filing, and supporting the wider team.
Contribute to a beautifully run office – ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
