An exciting new Office Manager role is now available to join one of Salisbury's more prestigious construction firms. Joining the business as they look to build on their fantastic 2021, the role will see you take on the duties of a Business Manager from afar as you will be free to work apart from you are required to attend key business meetings.
This is a full time role, working in a market that will only continue to drive forward with a leadership team who demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit which has positioned themselves as one of the most sought after Building firms in the region.
You key duties will include:
Coordinate and monitor operations to ensure company requirements are met on a daily basis
Schedule appointments and meetings as required
Liaise with customers in regards to queries, quotes invoicing and ongoing communications through each project
Day to day social media management
Liaise with suppliers solicitors, other providers to deliver the necessary information across multiple projects
Occasionally visit the development sites for meetings
Data inputting into a bespoke internal CRM system
Setting up and maintaining effective and polished admin processes to maintain effective admin support behind the scenes
Constantly looking to improve processes
Diary management for Directors on occasions
Skills and experiences required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly effective organisational skills
Must be able to work unsupervised and have previously worked from home
Competent MS Office skills
A reliable and efficient communicator who has the aptitude to ask the right questions and pick things up quickly
Must have a clean drivers licence and access to your own vehicle
The role is full time, M-F with an occasional early finish on a Friday. This role is ideal for someone who has formerly worked as an Office, Business Manager who is looking to join a small, yet highly regarded company who are expecting a big year in 2022 and beyond.
