We are looking for Operations administrator to join a Financial Services business whose headquarters are based in Salisbury. Our client provide a wide range of solutions to their clients through advanced technologies and we are looking for someone to support the business in accordance with regulatory requirements and agreed SLA's.
Due to continued growth within the business we are looking for a competent administrator with a proven process driven background from a financial services environment who can support the company in an operational capacity.
Some of the key duties of the role includes:
Support management with various cost containment initiatives for customers
Act as a mediator with clients and management
Support project and IT initiatives
Ensure all client requests are processed within specified time frames
Contribute to process reviews, constantly seek ways to streamline and improve
Initiate ones own personal development plan
Ensure all work is performed to a high standard
Someone from a financial services operations or client engaging role is essential for this position.
