We have a lovely new role now available for a customer focused team player to join a friendly small team based in Salisbury. You will be assisting in an Operations and Customer Service capacity, providing key support, helping plan travel arrangements as well as facilitating the logistics of various reservations made.
The role would suit someone who loves coordinating who perhaps has an interest in travel or unique excursions.
Key responsibilities include:
Handling incoming enquiries
Preparing brochures and packs to send out to customers
sending out template letters and confirmations to guests
General office administration
Data inputting into an in house database
Handling due diligence and preparation of booking logistics
Liaising with other team members and third parties
Key skills and experiences we are looking for:
Good communication skills, someone who enjoys written and verbal
Friendly out going demeanour
A team player
Attention to detail
An interest in writing, blogs, journals etc is an advantage
This is a new role, created due to the volume of work and bookings they are experiencing. There is great scope for this role to become permanent but initially we are promoting it as a 6 month role.
Our client are offering a hybrid split when it comes to the working week, two days in the office, three from home. it is preferred that you have your own car but our client is accessible by bus if needs be.
Hours for the role: 9am - 5pm M-F.
