An established and fast-growing commercial business is seeking an experienced Performance Partnership Manager to take full ownership of its aggregator and affiliate distribution channels.

This is a commercially focused role with end-to-end accountability for partner performance, revenue growth, profitability, and regulatory compliance. Operating within a broker-style environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for maximising visibility, conversion, and ROI across price comparison websites and affiliate partners.

The role requires someone who has hands-on experience owning aggregator performance, with the confidence to challenge partners, influence internal stakeholders, and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Partnership Ownership

  • Own and manage all aggregator and affiliate partner relationships

  • Act as the primary commercial and operational contact for partners

  • Manage contracts, commission structures, and promotional agreements

  • Ensure accurate product representation, pricing, and cover details across all partners

Performance Management

  • Monitor and optimise KPIs including policy volumes, GWP, income, conversion, CPA, and profitability

  • Track daily and weekly performance across aggregators and affiliates

  • Identify underperforming partners and implement optimisation or remediation plans

  • Optimise product positioning, pricing support, and promotional exposure

Growth & Channel Strategy

  • Develop and execute the aggregator and affiliate channel strategy

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners

  • Maximise performance through featured placements, campaigns, and seasonal promotions

  • Work closely with pricing, marketing, and product teams to drive growth

Reporting & Insight

  • Deliver regular performance reporting with clear insights and actions

  • Forecast volume, revenue, and margin by partner and channel

  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing movements, and market trends

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all aggregator and affiliate activity is FCA compliant

  • Act as the primary contact for partner audits, reviews, and documentation

  • Ensure all partner journeys, disclosures, and content meet regulatory and brand standards

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience managing aggregator and/or affiliate channels

  • Experience working within a broker or intermediary environment

  • Strong commercial and analytical capability

  • Demonstrable experience improving conversion, ROI, and partner performance

  • Confident managing and negotiating commercial partner relationships
