We are seeking a hands-on Supervisor to oversee a production team within a successful manufacturing and installation company who specialise in producing high-quality products. Under a new exciting vision for the company, the successful candidate will supervise a team of 8-10 staff, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of 8-10 production staff
Be actively involved in daily production activities
Demonstrate good people management and leadership skills
Understand and work to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Train and develop team members to enhance their skills
Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent understanding of production processes and KPIs
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to train and mentor others
Experience in manufacturing windows, doors, or similar products is a plus
Working Hours:
Full time, Monday to Friday (7am -4pm or 8am - 5pm)
