We are looking for a Production Operative to join a team who are responsible for the preparation of required materials and equipment to ensure the successful operation within the wider Manufacturing site. The role will be based at a purpose built site, which is kept in pristine condition and offers employees good working conditions. Main duties of the role include:
Carry out duties and requirements in adherence to a production schedule for that period
Work within the site Quality System, adhering to H&S policies, rules and regulations
Undertake necessary training to enable all duties to be carried out
Keep up to date records relating to manufacturing records and logbooks
Operate a variety of specialised equipment
Ensure provision of materials are constantly ready for use as well as managing stock rotation
Key skills and experiences we are looking for:
Demonstrate good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Ability to record clear for future audits
An interest or previous experience in Lab or Production work
An understanding of working within a manufacturing environment, lab, research facility is an advantage but also easily trained
Flexible in attitude and approach
