Our Client is a unique dual supplier of bespoke designer items for premium residential developments. Due to changes in the team and continued growth trajectory, they are looking for a dynamic forward thinking Project Coordinator with excellent customer liaison skills.
Responsibilities will include:
Taking projects from order to completion
Raising sales orders, and requesting deposits
Preparing door/ironmongery schedules for client sign-off
Preparing production orders
Scheduling deliveries with clients and couriers
Dealing with project relevant customer service phone calls and emails from point of order
Sales support including quotation preparation
Liaising with suppliers
Key skills/experience required:
· Calm positive collaborative approach
· Competent communication skills, verbal and written
· Ability to negotiate with clients and suppliers
· Eye for detail
· Resolution approach to challenges
· Commercial acumen
· Previous construction industry experience would be advantageous
Hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
