​Our Client is a unique dual supplier of bespoke designer items for premium residential developments. Due to changes in the team and continued growth trajectory, they are looking for a dynamic forward thinking Project Coordinator with excellent customer liaison skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Taking projects from order to completion

  • Raising sales orders, and requesting deposits

  • Preparing door/ironmongery schedules for client sign-off

  • Preparing production orders

  • Scheduling deliveries with clients and couriers

  • Dealing with project relevant customer service phone calls and emails from point of order

  • Sales support including quotation preparation

  • Liaising with suppliers

Key skills/experience required:

·         Calm positive collaborative approach

·         Competent communication skills, verbal and written

·         Ability to negotiate with clients and suppliers

·         Eye for detail

·         Resolution approach to challenges

·         Commercial acumen

·         Previous construction industry experience would be advantageous

Hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
