ReQuire are looking for an experienced Lettings & Property Manager to join a small, independent residential property business operating at the top end of the market.
This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll be a key part of a close-knit team, trusted to manage a well-looked-after portfolio of around 120 high-quality properties. You’ll work closely with landlords, tenants, and a reliable group of contractors, making sure everything runs smoothly from first viewing to move-out.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lettings & Portfolio Management
Speaking with prospective tenants, arranging and carrying out viewings
Assessing applications and agreeing tenancy terms with landlords
Keeping internal systems and lettings updates organised
Ordering To Let boards and handling associated admin
Maintenance & Inspections
Overseeing maintenance and making sure work is carried out properly
Coordinating routine inspections and sending reports to landlords
Instructing follow-up works and tracking them through to completion
Managing compliance certificates and documentation
Move-Ins
Preparing tenancy agreements and issuing all required paperwork
Booking inventories, pre-tenancy cleans, and maintenance
Completing Right to Rent checks
Registering deposits and sending move-in confirmations
Move-Outs
Managing end-of-tenancy communication with landlords and tenants
Coordinating check-outs and agreeing deposit deductions
Handling deposit returns via DPS or Reposit
About You
Well, we'd love to find someone who fits the team with some previous experience in Property Management or Lettings
