We are working with a fantastic, high-energy, and established estate agency located in a picturesque rural town near Salisbury. Our client is seeking a motivated and highly organised individual to join their team and provide essential support to their star seller. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for the property industry, who would thrive in a busy, fast paced role working with a fabulous dynamic team promoting some of the most incredible properties in the South Wiltshire region!

Key Responsibilities:

As their designated Sales Support Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the business, offering support across various areas:

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Assist with property valuations, follow-up videos, and drafting valuation letters.

  • Generate reports such as Rightmove comparisons, Time on Market, and Property Performance.

  • Help prepare and send marketing materials, including property descriptions and brochures.

  • Manage property records and vendor details in CRM systems (e.g., 10/90).

  • Organise property photography, videography, drone, and twilight shoots.

  • Coordinate property staging, home styling, and floorplan drawings.

  • Ensure property details are consistently updated on Rightmove and other platforms.

  • Contribute to social media content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google), using tools like Canva for seasonal posts.

Diary & Viewings Management

  • Manage the diary of one of the star sellers, scheduling valuations, viewings, and marketing dates.

  • Organise and confirm viewings with both tenants and vendors, ensuring all details are accurately communicated.

  • Compile viewing notes and follow up with prospective buyers and vendors.

  • Respond to sales inquiries by phone, email, or in-person, delivering excellent customer service.

Administrative Support

  • Handle administrative tasks, including updating property listings, CRM management, and email communications.

  • Serve as the first point of contact in the office, welcoming clients, answering phones, and directing queries.

  • Maintain a clean, organised office environment, ensuring window displays, brochure stands, and the client area are tidy and welcoming.

  • Ensure property files and sales folders are up to date and properly organised.

Client & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders.

  • Keep clients informed with regular updates on property status, marketing progress, and Rightmove statistics.

  • Manage and nurture a VIP buyers list, ensuring effective communication and top-tier service.

  • Respond to Google reviews and help manage the company's online presence.

Additional Tasks

  • Organise virtual tours, media days, and manage property maintenance needs (e.g., window cleans, repairs).

  • Provide general support to the sales team with project coordination, social media scheduling, and direct mail campaigns.

  • Manage anniversary move-in and Christmas card mailings to clients.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Property Knowledge: Previous experience in buying, selling, or working in an estate agency is advantageous but not essential.

  • CRM Systems: Experience using CRM software is preferred, (training will be provided).

  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable liaising with clients and vendors.

  • Proactive & Reactive: A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and react effectively to changing priorities.

  • Team Player: Positive and supportive, always willing to contribute to the success of the team.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with digital tools and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google), and basic office software (Excel, Word, etc.).
